In Memoriam - Corporate Secretary Sara L. Dornacker passed away on February 8th, 2015.

She had majored in English at Roanoke College and had joined United Airlines in 1967 as a flight attendant. She had later managed over 600 flight attendants at the Cleveland domicile. She was promoted to Manager of Communications in Corporate Communications at United. In August 2012, Sara celebrated her 45th anniversary with United Airlines. She was a Director and Board Member of the United Airlines Historical Foundation and a Director of the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation.
Advisor to the Board ShaoSong Yang earned a BS in Biology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from State University of New York at Stony Brook. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Northwestern University Cancer Center, engaging in the therapeutic research for Multiple Myeloma. As a Chinese native, Mr. Yang facilitates the communications between the Board of Directors and its Shanghai administrator.
