The Foundation offers two types of higher education scholarships to students who aspire to contribute to the public good.
  • Nancheng Middle School graduates who have been admitted to a Chinese university for a bachelor degree
             -  The Foundation selects recipients based on their college entrance exam scores. The Scholarship is currently                    3000 RMB per year and is renewed every year until graduation as long as the student is successful in School.
  • Chinese nationals with work experience who want to pursue a Master degree at Harris School of Public Policy
           - The Harris School selects the recipients. A key selection criterion is their work experience in the public/non-                      profit sector.
The TC  Young  Foundation  is a 501(c)(3)  non-profit organization                                                                                                                                       December 16, 2024- R 795
